If you are ordering frames with prescription lenses. Your order will ship once your eyewear is complete and passes inspection.
Please provide a safe and secure address for shipping. We provide USPS delivery to your given address, but can not take responsibility for loss or thief of packages out of or control (once delivered). We recommend choosing the shipping with signature confirmation/insurance if you are concerned about packages being delivered to your address (free First Class shipping includes tracking, but does not include insurance).
Our return policy allows for returns within 14 days for purchases. Vault (Clearance) purchase may be returned within 14 days. So feel free to order your frame to try. You may return frames to add prescription lenses or for exchange/refund. For all other frames/eyewear, refer to our FAQ section.
