How do I return an item?
Original sales receipt must accompany returns.
We accept returns for exchange or refund within 21 calendar days after delivery of the product. At our sole discretion after 21 calendar days, we will offer an exchange or store credit only. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition". Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:
If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately. Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for store credit or a cash refund.
Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.
There is a 20% return/processing fee (excluding frames only or non-prescription sunglasses) for returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged. Again you MUST contact us within 21 days if you intend to return ANY item back to our store. Items returned to us AFTER 21 days and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded.
Customer is responsible for shipping costs if seller is not at fault.
Special note on rimless/Undergram eyewear...these items can be returned within 21 days. However, because of the nature of these products there is a 20% return fee. You may exchange or get a store credit as well, within 21 days of delivery date. Undergram eyewear has a 1 year manufactures defect warranty.
For Rx-My-Frames service, lens redo's are done in the case of a doctor's prescription change or defect. There, is a 50% redo fee for doctor's changes. Progressive lenses come with an adaption guarantee, and are remade at no charge (one redo only).
Before returning any purchased eyewear, please obtain a Return Verification within 21 days of delivery date.
